Shipping and Returns

For local pick up apply the discount code 'Pickup' at checkout. All shipping prices are calculated using the weight and dimensions of the products you order.

Free Shipping to orders over $80 for delivery to Australian Addresses only. This discount will be applied at checkout and is regular parcel post.

As all of our products are customised, please allow up to 10 business days after your order for production time. Your item/s will be posted within 10 days, majority of the time your item will be shipped or delivered sooner than the 10th day.

Custom 'own design upload' orders will require design approval once drafted. This will be emailed to you and processing time will be dependent on how quickly you return your approval to us.  

All orders are shipped via Australia post and will be tracked unless it is letter post, shipping confirmation along with a tracking number will be provided via an email once your item has been shipped. Postage is calculated using the weight and dimensions of your products. Local pick up from Crib Point is available and if you would like to chose this option please enter "Pickup" into the coupon code box at check out. 

We are not able to offer express postage as all out items are custom made for each order and we cannot guarantee next day delivery. If you have an urgent request, please call us to discuss, we will always endeavour to accommodate special requests, however special requests may incur an extra charge.

Bulk orders have their own policy, please discuss with our staff when placing your order and we will provide an estimate of production times based on the size of your order.  

 

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes personalised items unless deemed faulty. Change of mind returns are exempt due to the custom nature of our products. You will have 4 hours from time of purchase to contact us to strictly by phone to cancel your order, after this time, production may have commenced and a refund cannot be offered.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items such as underwear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return must be made within 30 days of original purchase. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@quickcustoms.com.au and send your item to: PO BOX 220, Crib Point VIC, 3912

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 220, Crib Point, Victoria, 3919.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
